How long does it take for orders to be processed?

Please allow 24-72 hours after order confirmation for processing. Additional time may be required for add-ons and infused flavors (made to order).

Can I use Sea Moss if I am allergic to seafood/shellfish?

Sea Moss is not a shellfish and should not be confused with shellfish. It is a type of marine algae used as a thickener, emulsifier and stabilizer in foods. Sea Moss gel is safe for most people with food allergies. Always be sure to consult with your healthcare provider before using this or any other food product/supplement if you have iodine or food allergies.

Do I have to pay for shipping if I live in Atlanta?

No! If you live in Atlanta or surrounding areas, you have the option to either have your products shipped or you can schedule pick up. Please contact us for more information!

If my order takes more than 3 days to arrive is it safe to eat?

Products are shipped to you frozen with ice packs. Most items will arrive cool in 3-4 days depending on the transit time and the weather in your city and state. As long as you refrigerate your products immediately upon receiving them, they are safe to eat and will last an additional 2-3 weeks (up to 3 months in the freezer).

How long does Sea Moss Gel last?

Sea Moss gel lasts 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 3 months in the freezer. Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon receipt!! Always check tracking numbers to be on the lookout for your Remedy!

Do the fruit-infused Sea Moss gel options contain the same amazing health benefits as the original?

Yes! The nutritional value of your Remedy comes from the Sea Moss and fruit. There are no added ingredients; only spring water, organic fruit and organic agave. Fruit-infused options contain the same minerals found in the original Sea Moss...you just have a little less Sea Moss because of the addition of fruit. You can always use 2 tablespoons of the fruit infused options. Either way, you're adding a TON of health benefits to your lifestyle! Eat up!

What happens if my Sea Moss gel arrives damaged?

Oh no! We do our best to ship your Remedy insured and securely packed in a cooler, however, we understand that accidents may happen in transit. If your Remedy arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to have your product replaced. Please take photos of the damaged goods and email them to us with your order number. We will process a replace your products and send an invoice for you to take care of shipping.
