How To Make Sea Moss Gel:

1. Take a handful of raw sea moss and rinse off any debris and sand

2. Soak for 12-24 hours with cut limes

3. Drain, rinse, and clean

4. Add spring water and cleaned sea moss to blender until smooth 

5. Pour into your preferred jar or container and refrigerate 

Store raw sea moss in cool, dry place. Once in gel form, lasts 3-4 weeks in refrigerator; up to 3 months in freezer. Add to smoothies, juices, tea, coffee or any recipe as a thickening agent. Tasteless and odorless; can be used in anything.
